By accessing or using the Fiesta Fits website ("Site") and purchasing our products (Dresses, Sets/Outfits, Jumpsuits/Rompers, Sports/Casual Wear, Swimwear/Beachwear, Outerwear, and Pants), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our Site.

2. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes
• Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site without express written permission

4. Product Information

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Fiesta Fits is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Fiesta Fits shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

6. Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Sale items are final sale unless defective. Swimwear must be returned with hygiene liner intact.

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service for a Return Authorization
2. Ship items back with the provided return label
3. Allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in China and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

Fiesta Fits reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
