Refund policy
Refund Eligibility
At Fiesta Fits, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items are eligible for refund within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
- Swimwear and intimate apparel must have hygiene seals intact
- Final sale items marked "non-refundable" are excluded
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your Fiesta Fits account and visit the Returns Center
- Select the items you wish to return and provide reason for return
- Print the prepaid return label and packing slip
- Package items securely in original packaging if possible
- Ship your return within 7 days of approval
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- For international orders, customs/duties are non-refundable
Exchanges
We currently offer size/color exchanges for most items:
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Availability of replacement items is not guaranteed
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact our Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage/defect
- We will arrange for free return shipping and expedited replacement
Special Cases
Swimwear & Beachwear: Must have all hygiene protection seals intact for refund eligibility.
Outerwear: Must be returned with all original protective covers and garment bags.
Sets/Outfits: All pieces must be returned together for a refund.
