Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Fiesta Fits offers multiple shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days (available for select locations)

Processing time for all orders is 1-2 business days before shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Canada
  • European Union countries
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia and New Zealand

Some restrictions may apply to remote areas. Contact our customer service for specific inquiries.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Destination country/region
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

Free standard shipping is available for orders over $75 in the US and $100 for international orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through our website using your order number and email address.

Customs & Import Duties

For international shipments:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties
  • These charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs office
  • Fiesta Fits cannot predict or control these additional costs

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some items may have additional shipping restrictions due to size or material composition.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  1. Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery (for damaged items)
  2. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  3. For lost packages, wait until the estimated delivery date has passed before contacting us

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for replacements when possible.

Holiday Shipping

During peak seasons (November-January), processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing holiday orders early and selecting expedited shipping if needed.
